This current event discusses the futuristic robotic capabilities of a robot that was able to think for itself. As it was built in a lab, it has been able to respond to instruction by human control. It was able to adapt to its own mistakes as learn as it progressed through different activities that the lab workers would run it through. Essentially, this robot has several different models of itself stored in its memory. It's very first copy of itself was programmed to do "____" on a very basic level. It would attempt, and then fail. The second copy would adjust for the basic mistakes it made during the first copy, but still fail. This process would repeat itself until finally, the robot was able to adjust itself to do the task without major failure.
